OK all! So this is it! My first cake. It was so yummy-according to my momma! It was a 3 layer, 6-inch round chocolate mayonnaise cake, with chocolate quick-butter icing! It was intended to look like a sunflower, but use your own judgement! It was very fun to make and started the "bug" to bake:)! I did not take pictures of the process but stay tuned for future posts because I am starting to use the camera more and more! Thanks for tuning in!!
p.s. mayo may sound gross to some, but it makes the cake exceptionally moist!

Great blog, Stephanie!! I love your message about spending precious time with the Lord & the verses are wonderful! Another verse which really amazes me is...Zephaniah 3:17, "The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save, He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing". Imagine that God delights, rejoices & sings over you???!! What an amazing God we serve!! He has given you wonderful creativity & you are using it for His glory. Praise God! I miss you & love you!
